Cocaine To A Minor In Waltham: Middlesex Grand Jury Indictments
A Waltham man is accused of giving cocaine to a minor, according to the Middlesex Grand Jury Indictments.

WALTHAM, MA — Two Waltham cases are among the latest round of indictments in Middlesex County, including one where a man is accused of giving cocaine to a minor. District Attorney Marian Ryan this week announced 29 indictments handed down between Dec. 5 and Jan. 30
Kerbin Avila-Hernandez, 23, of Waltham, was charged with distribute of cocaine to a minor, indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 and contribute toward the delinquency of a child. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
Edward Francis Desmond, Jr., 56, of Bronx, was charged with securities fraud, larceny over $250, tampering with a document for use in an official proceeding and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorneys are Graham Van Epps and Doug Cannon. Someone of the same name and age was earlier pleaded guilty on similar charges in 1992 in Lexington.
