Gustazo In Waltham To Reopen

The worker who previously tested positive for the coronavirus has made a full recovery and no one else at the restaurant tested positive.

WALTHAM, MA — Good news for restaurant-goers: The popular Moody Street Cuban restaurant that closed temporarily when one of its workers tested positive for the coronavirus last week is set to reopen Wednesday.

"We are reopening our Waltham location tomorrow Wednesday, August 26th with our regular business hours," Chef and owner Patricia Estorino told Patch in an email.

After a staff member tested positive last week for the coronavirus, the restaurant closed and had the rest of its employees get tested.

"All test results are in and everyone tested negative," said Estorino Tuesday.

And the employee who tested positive made a full recovery and has been cleared by their doctor to resume working.
