iParty has merged with Party City and is in the process of converting its stores in Party City locations, according to a post on iParty’s website.
The Waltham-based iParty appears to have mostly completed the conversion. The iParty signs are gone and Party City branding materials are hanging in the window of the store.

According to a Boston.com post, Party City acquired iParty in order gain a foot in the New England market. Party City currently has 750 locations in North America.
