It's All Pizza, All The Time: MA Food Week

MASSACHUSETTS —Welcome to Patch's weekly round up of food and restaurant news in Massachusetts, where we review openings, closings and more in the state's dining scene.

Dave Portnoy and Barstool released more "One Bite Pizza Reviews" from his trip to Massachusetts this week, following up on last week's review of Chelsea's The Brown Jug.

This week, Portnoy Dino's Brick Oven Pizzeria in Wakefield, Turnpike Market in Billerica, Joanie's Pizza in Chelmsford, Enzina Pizzeria in Waltham and Denneno's Pizza in Stoughton.

For Denneno's, the 8.1 score comes as a swan song as the pizzeria will be closing for the final time on Dec. 31 after 68 years in business.

The star of the reviews, however, was Joanie's, which the publication said they based the whole trip around. "How doesn't this place have a line around the corner," Portnoy asked before giving an 8.4 rating.
