Letter To Waltham From Councilor Randy LeBlanc: 'Let's Step Up'
Waltham City Councilor Randy LeBlanc is calling on residents to buy gas at Waltham's Main Street Gulf Station. Here's why:

WALTHAM, MA —The following is an open letter to the community from City Councilor Randy LeBlanc:
Let's Step Up Together.
We believe that the power of humanity can solve challenges. We also believe in supporting the community we call home and leading by example. Starting next Monday, June 1 through Sunday, June 7, George Michael and his team at Main Street Gulf, in Waltham, are stepping up to support three causes near and dear to our hearts: Healthy Waltham, the Boys and Girls Club of Waltham, and the Waltham Partnership for Youth.

I'm Randy LeBlanc, Waltham city councilor at-large, and I am personally asking everyone to stop by and fill up your tank at Main Street Gulf, 821 Main St, Waltham, next week. For every sale at the pump, 1/3 will go to these worthy causes. The best part is that George will match up to 30K of the pump sales!
Do your part. Fill up at Main Street Gulf at 821 Main St, Waltham. It's that simple. Let's create some positive energy for kids and families who are struggling during this unprecedented crisis. Remember, kindness in words builds confidence. Kindness in thinking supports dreams. Kindness in giving creates hope for the future.

The WPY also provides support and capacity building to community partners to help sustain and enhance current programming. They convene multi-sector stakeholders to work collectively and strategically toward improved opportunities and outcomes for Waltham’s youth.
Our thoughts are with those affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the healthcare workers on the front lines battling to contain the outbreak. You have our heartfelt thanks!
