Outdoor Dining Has Returned To Waltham’s Moody Street
Waltham Public Works installed barriers to open the pedestrian only zones on Friday.

WALTHAM, MA — Outdoor dining has returned to Moody Street in Waltham for the third year in a row as part of the city’s ongoing support of restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Waltham Public Works installed barriers to open the pedestrian only zones on Friday. The following blocks on Moody Street will not be open to vehicle and bicycle traffic from Friday, April 29th to Sunday, October 31:
- Maple/High to Chestnut
- Cushing to Crescent/High St.
Vehicle traffic and on street parking will be available on Moody Street from Chestnut Street to Walnut & Cushing Street to support traffic flow and access to parking lots.
