- Michael DiFillippo, 26, of 39 Clinton St., arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.

- Hugo Galvez, 48, of 364 Moody St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), starting, backing, stopping and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
