Waltham Arrest Log, Aug. 1: Arrest For Assaulting Pregnant Woman
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Wednesday, Aug. 1
- Logan Carswell, 24, of Brookline, arrested and charged with driving without a license and not having a car inspection sticker. He also faces warrant charges for not having a car inspection sticker, failure to stop and driving with a suspended registration.
- Mynor Garcia, 22, of 139 Adams St., arrested and charged with failure to stop and driving with a suspended license. He also faces warrant charges for driving an uninsured car, driving with a suspended license and improper operation of a motor vehicle.
- Mark Cioffi, 45, of 70 Milner St., arrested and charged with assault and battery on a person over 60.
- Andrew DiDuca, 43, of 18 Bennett St., arrested and charged with assault and battery on a pregnant woman.
- Michael Mahoney, 52, of 1 Bellevue St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
- Manuel Rivera, 44, of Worcester, arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
