Waltham Arrest Log, Aug. 10 - 12: Breaking and Entering Arrest

Friday, Aug. 10
- Nicholas Biddy, 18, of 86 Silverhill Ln., arrested and charged with five counts of breaking and entering nighttime felony and one count of possession of alcohol under 21.
Saturday, Aug. 11
- Juan Rosado, 51, of 174 Moody St., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.

- Melanie Georgoudis, 19, of 33 Francis St., arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage and driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense).
- Timothy Waidner, 32, of Sagamore, arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
- Benjamin Berganza-Ramirez, 35, of 74 Rose Hill Way, arrested and charged with witness intimidation, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.
- Roy Mugabi, 20, of 149 Adams St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
- Louis Kasibante, 24, of 149 Adams St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
