Waltham Arrest Log, Feb. 15: DUI Arrest
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Feb. 15
Marisa Paola, 43, of 9 Auburn St., arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
Brianne Cappock, 31, of 9 Auburn St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense).

Joseph Ferris, of West Roxbury, arrested and charged with driving with a license revoked for being a habitual traffic offender and a warrant charge for failure to attend jury duty.
Richard Gaudet, 34, of 18 Shore Rd., arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and using a false registry of motor vehicles document. He also faces a warrant charge for driving with a suspended license and a warrant charge for driving with a suspended registration.

Theodore Kornfield-Jacobs, 21, of 94 Adams St., arrested on warrant charges for defacing property, breaking and entering (misdemeanor) into a building, larceny from a building and receiving a stolen motor vehicle.
