Wednesday, June 19: David Milligan, 44, of 174 Moody St., arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery, one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, driving under the influence of alcohol (third offense) and a warrant. Mark McLaughlin, 20, of 89 Lincoln Woods Road, arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug, possession of liquor by a person under 21 and driving under the influence of drugs.
