"On behalf of the organizers, shoppers, and performers, we applaud Scott for creating a space for local musicians to be part of the WFM experience,” WFM said in a statement.

This year, WFM has also established an Artist Residency to highlight local talent. Each year, our Artists-in-Residence will bring a selection of local musical talent to the market, highlighting their own influences, collaborations, and tastes. On a monthly basis, the market will present a free, 90-minute performance for our shoppers and supporters.

He has backed the legendary Toni Lynn Washington and 'Evil Gal' Michelle Willson, both of whom will join Mike this season.
