Waltham Mayor's Doo Wop Concert Coming
This free concert will feature several bands and food.
Mayor Jeanette McCarthy's annual Doo Wop Concert is coming on Aug. 18, according to an announcement on the city website.
The free concert starts at 5:30 p.m. on the City Common and food will be available. The following bands will be performing:
- The John Penney Band
- The Chiffons
- The Reminisants
- JC Carey's Legendary Flamingos
If inclement weather arrives, the concert will move to the fieldhouse.
