Waltham Police Logs: Defacing Property Arrest
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sept. 11
Genesis Sanchez, 27, of 659 Moody St., arrested and charged with defacing property, threatening to commit a crime and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Marc Pintabone, 43, of 12 Wellington Ave., arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
Steven Rocca, 45, of 387 Newton St., arrested on a warrant charge for violating an abuse prevention order.
Sept. 12
John Yobaccio, 46, of 698 Lincoln St., arrested on a warrant charge for shoplifting by asportation.
Clarence Young, 57, of Dorchester, arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and for warrant charges of unarmed robbery and larceny under $250.
Robert Scafidi, 41, of 56 Ash St., arrested on a warrant charge for possession of a class B drug.
