Waltham PR Firm Inkhouse Acquired By BerlinRosen

The firm's founder and CEO confirmed the news that Inkhouse would join the BerlinRosen Holdings' network.

WALTHAM, MA — Inkhouse, the Waltham-based technology communications agency, is teaming up with powerhouse BerlinRosen, officials from both companies announced this week.

BerlinRosen made a majority investment in the company, officials shared in a news release. It marks the fifth major investment in the last 10 months for the New York City-based company.

“We have tremendous respect for Inkhouse and the team that Beth has built. This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver strategic communications that help our clients stand out in an ever-evolving business landscape,” said Jonathan Rosen, principal & co-founder at BerlinRosen.

Founded in 2007, Inkhouse is a strategic communications firm with over 140 people with offices in seven major cities. The agency provides communications for clients across technology, artificial intelligence, healthcare, venture capital, climate tech, education, consumer and security. Their client list includes Harvard University’s Saul Zaentz Early Education Initiative, The Markup, Raytheon and Xerox.

Inkhouse is retaining the brand in the deal and will remain independent of BerlinRosen with senior leadership remaining in place, officials said.
