Waltham's 135 Anniversary Parade: Photos
Didn't get a chance to go to the parade? Take a look at these photos.
WALTHAM, MA — It's been a while since Waltham held a good old-fashioned full parade complete with floats and spectators and block party. Sunday, in honor of the city's 135th anniversary, that's just what happened.
"It was a great day for Waltham," became the refrain of the day.
If you're remembering a parade to celebrate Waltham High School hockey champs, last year, you're correct, but the scale of this parade was city wide. Local carpenters and residents from across all walks of life pitched in and participated.
