What Phase 2 Looks Like For Waltham: Outdoor Dining, Parks Open

TWALTHAM, MA — The governor is still requiring people who leave their home to wear facial coverings if they can't safely distance themselves from others indoors or outdoors, but beginning Monday, phase 2 of the state reopening plan is in effect.

What's that look like in Waltham?

It means that you can now start going back to parks, use tennis courts, athletic fields and playgrounds - provided you don't gather in groups larger than 10 and you don't share equipment, according to the City.

Also on Monday, part of Moody Street closed to cars in an effort to expand outdoor dining for restaurants there. Watch for detours.
