A 71-year-old woman was struck by a car on Main Street at around 7:35 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the Waltham Fire Department.  The woman, who was struck outside of Hannaford grocery store, was taken to a hospital for non life-threatening injuries, according to the fire department.  No other information was immediately available.
