School Committee Budget Hearing Plans for March 11, March 18

The announcement below was provided by School Committee Chairwoman Barb Fletcher.

The School Committee will open its Budget Hearing as originally scheduled on Monday, March 11, at 7 p.m. in the Large Hearing Room of the Town Building.

In prior years, the budget booklet typically has been distributed electronically and a paper copy has been made available in the Superintendent's office prior to the Budget Hearing.  However, this year due to a mistake in the timing, the budget booklet was not made available in advance of the Hearing.  

Therefore, the Committee will continue its Budget Hearing discussion on Monday, March 18, at 7 p.m. in the School Committee conference room, in order to give the community the opportunity to review the budget booklet and provide comments to the Committee.
