Hearing On Windsor Place Development: Wayland Board Of Appeals
The next in a series of hearings on the development of Windsor Place happens at the end of January.

WAYLAND, MA—The next Zoning Board of Appeals hearing for the 24 School St. comprehensive permit will be on Monday, Jan. 29, at the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road.
On July 5, 2017, the Wayland’s Zoning Board of Appeals received an application submitted by Windsor Place LLC for a Comprehensive Permit that proposes the development at 24 School St. of 12 townhouse rental units, of which no less than 25 percent will be restricted as affordable.
Timely information related to this Comprehensive Permit application and process is shared on the Town’s Zoning Board of Appeals page, with the most recent a presentation by Davis Square Architects and aa south elevation drawing and landscape presentation, both on Dec. 17, 2017.
