
WAYLAND, MA - Wayland students are off Monday as schools canceled classes in response to the storm expected to be with us all day Monday until Tuesday morning.
On Sunday, the National Weather Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow from 4 a.m. Monday morning until 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Wayland is expected to get up to 11 inches of snow from this storm.

The snow will overspread the area Monday morning from 4-7 a.m., then becomes heavy at times after 8 a.m. and continues into the early afternoon. The snow intensity begins to diminish by mid afternoon. Winds will be from the north at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
