Windsor Place Permit Hearing: Wayland Zoning Board Of Appeals

The next in the hearings for the 12 townhouse proposal on School Street is this week.

WAYLAND, MA—The next Zoning Board of Appeals hearing for the 24 School St. comprehensive permit is on Tuesday, Dec. 12, at the Town Building at 7 p.m. and is open to the public.

Developers are heading closer to building 12 townhouse rental units on School Street, calling it Windsor Place. On July 5, Wayland's Zoning Board of Appeals received the application submitted by Windsor Place LLC for a Comprehensive Permit that proposes the development of the rental units, of which not less than 25 percent (three) of such units shall be restricted as affordable.

Subsequent meetings have been held on Aug. 3 and Sept. 7.

The Dec. 12 meeting will address the septic design, civil engineering issues, architectural design review and landscape design.
