1. More rain coming our way, so says the National Weather Service. A 60 to 70 percent chance of rain day and night, with some thunderstorms possible before 2 p.m. They could be accompanied by some heavy rains. Highs will be around 80ºF, lows closer to 65ºF.
2. As educators across the country grapple with what the Common Core State Standards mean for curriculum and instruction, Discovery Education is offering classes on Common Core Academies. 4. The Awesome Express rolls into town for a free outdoor concert at the Wellesley Town Hall green. They stop in town at 7 p.m. It's a free show, they will have food and ice cream, so bring a lawn chair, pick up a CD, and enjoy the show!
