Boston Marathon: Runners Feeling The Weather In Wellesley
Police say they're seeing a lot of runners being treated for cold-related injuries.

WELLESLEY, MA — The worst Boston Marathon weather-wise in recent history is taking a toll on the runners, especially when they hit Wellesley.
Wellesley Police tweeted late Monday morning that several runners have been treated for cold related injuries throughout town. Wellesley Fire Chief Rick DeLorie told the Boston Globe that about 125 people had been treated as of 2:30 p.m. and 28 were transported to area hospitals.
Police said later in the day that while there were lots of medical responses, there have been no significant issues.
