Disorderly Conduct, Assault: Wellesley Police Log
The following is from the Wellesley Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

April 23
3:50 a.m. - Officer Barros was dispatched to a residence on Washington Street for an drunk man who was damaging property in the apartment. Upon arrival, Officer Barros could hear glass being broken and approached the door and spoke with 26-year-old Matthew Manchester of Wellesley who was in the kitchen. Manchester indicated that the items he had broken were his. Officer Barros informed him that the glass door to the stove was broken as well as a door in the apartment. There were three other people present who did not confront Manchester. He was taken into custody and charged with vandalizing property, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace. He was later released on personal recognizance.
11:30 a.m. - Officer Gover spoke with a man at the police station regarding identity theft. The man stated that an unknown party had opened an Amazon Prime credit card using his personal information. The man notified a credit reporting bureau and placed a watch on his accounts. Officer Gover contacted Amazon Prime and they would not provide any details about the items ordered without the email address used to open the fraudulent credit card account.

11:55 a.m. - Officer Popovski was dispatched to the Whole Foods parking lot for a report of an assault that had occurred. Officer Popovski spoke with two women who had different versions of the events that occurred. One woman indicated that while parked in her vehicle another person entered the vehicle parked next to hers and struck her car. She stated she attempted to speak with the woman who became agitated, denied damaging her car and then pushed the car door striking her leg. The other woman stated that she was in her car on the phone when a woman began banging on the window and yelling at her accusing her of striking her car with her car door. Officer Popovski asked if it was possible that she struck the other party’s door when opening her door and she indicated that it was possible. She denied shutting the door on the other female party’s leg. Officer Popovski was not able to determine if there was any new damage to either vehicle.
8:41 p.m. - Officer DeBernardi spoke with a woman who stated that she had an issue with a driver from the Ride transportation service who had arrived late to pick her up and she got into a verbal argument with the driver. She was advised to file a complaint with the Ride.
