All Night Party 2013

Folks are seeing the words “ALL NIGHT PARTY” everywhere–but what is it?

The All Night Party (ANP), a longstanding Wellesley tradition, is a gift of the parents of the graduating students and the entire Wellesley community to each graduating class. ANP provides a fun, safe and substance-free event forthe seniors to gather one last time as a class and celebrate their accomplishments. The party takes placethe night of graduation and involves music and dancing, games, food and other entertainment. To quotea famous Wellesley College alum, “It takes a village…” and the All Night Party would not happen withoutthe support of this great village.

Each year, Roche Brothers sponsors the ANP by donating 5% of store receipts collected on “Roche Brothers Monday”. This year on Monday April 22 between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, Class of 2013 parentswill be gathering receipts from Roche Brother shoppers. Plan to do your post-April vacation weekshopping that Monday and look for them in graduation gowns to turn in your receipts.

In celebration of its first year in Wellesley, Roosters Men’s Grooming Center on Linden Street willdonate 10% of all receipts collected from April 22 through April 26 to ANP 2013. John Santanella, ownerof Roosters and a professor at Bryant College, encountered WHS parents at last year’s Roche BrothersMonday when he was getting the shop ready for opening. Santanella thought it was a terrific way tosupport a great event and give back to the community, and in honor of his first anniversary in Wellesleyhas joined the ANP 2013 effort. Stop in the shop on Linden Street the week of April 22 for a classic butluxurious grooming experience – or purchase a gift certificate for a loved one to use on an upcomingspecial occasion – and don’t forget to mention ANP.

ScrubaDub Carwash center on Route 9 at Oak Street is a long-time All Night Party supporter and onceagain this year, will donate 50% of coupon sales to ANP. This effort could not come at a better time for winter-weary vehicles. The Class of 2013 will graduate at 5:00 pm on Friday, June 7 on the WHS stadium field, weather-permitting. Tickets are not required if the event is held outdoors and the community is invited to attend.

The All Night Party for WHS Class of 2013 only will take place later that night at the beautiful new Wellesley High School.
