Needham Police and the Needham Fire Department responded to a call at a Highland Avenue parking lot around 3:50 p.m. on Monday and found a woman with serious injuries.The victim was transported by the Needham Fire Department to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham where she was pronounced dead.

She was identified Tuesday as Roseanne Verrochi, age 75, of Wellesley.The driver was a 37-year-old Needham woman. She has not been charged as of Tuesday night. The investigation is ongoing.
