Lightning Fire Caused $750,000 In Damage
The home is currently not habitable due to structural, smoke, and water damage.

WELLESLEY, MA — Friday's fire caused by a bolt of lightning left behind plenty of damage for a home on Radcliffe Road.
Assistant Fire Chief Jeff Peterson told the Wellesley Townsman that the fire caused $750,000 in damage and is not habitable due to structural, smoke, and water damage.
The lightning strike caused a two-alarm with Newton and Weston providing mutual aid. Crews got to the scene just before 12:30 p.m. and left at 2:24 p.m.
