LINX Builds Creativity into Yearly Holiday Tree Donation

WELLESLEY, MA – November 25, 2014 – Once again LINX Camps of Wellesley, MA will donate two uniquely decorated “LINX”-style trees, complete with gifts, to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society’s annual Festival of Trees celebration taking place November 28 – December 14, 2014. The event is held at Mass Hort’s Elm Bank property, 900 Washington Street, Wellesley, MA.

LINX’s science day camp and “mommy and me” classes are the inspiration for this year’s contribution. The science camp tree is constructed with 20 working model rockets and is complete with a gift of one free week of science camp. The “mommy and me” tree is generously bursting with newborn to young baby essentials, such as blankets, pacifiers and more, and is presented with two “diaper cakes” and a free month of class at The Wellesley Tree House. LINX looks forward to the creativity involved every year and is honored to be included with over 75 generously decorated trees donated by local businesses, garden clubs and individuals. “We are delighted to once again donate 2 trees to the MassHort Festival of Trees. The winner of our rocket-tree receives a free week of camp, which is extra exciting for us to help make a child’s dream come true during the holidays! We love that the winner of the mommy and me tree will get to have fun with a whole month of baby classes!” said Josh Schiering, Vice President and Executive Director of LINX and LINX Camps.
