Max Hano, a student at Wellesley Middle School, gave back after his Bar Mitzvah, according to the <a href="http://theswellesleyreport.com/2013/09/wellesley-teen-uses-bar-mitzvah-to-help-others/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Swellesley Report</a>. Hano donated $700 to a non-profit that provides sporting equipment to underprivileged youth across America, the Swellesley Report said."My favorite thing is sports, so for my Bar Mitzvah, I wanted to help other kids play sports," Hano said in the Swellelsey Report article. Hano worked with the Good Sports organization and created a website that allowed his guests to donate money in lieu of a present.
