Multiple Wellesley Homes Burglarized While Residents Slept
Wellesley police said the burglars entered the homes in the early morning hours through unlocked doors or windows.
WELLESLEY, MA — Wellesley police are warning residents to be careful following three early morning burglaries on Wednesday.
According to police, one or more burglars entered homes along Garden, Sawyer and Hawthorne roads while the residents inside were asleep. The burglars got inside through unlocked doors and windows, police said.
The thieves attempted to break into a fourth home, but couldn't find an unlocked door or window, police said. All the homes targeted are in the Wellesley Hills area north of Route 9.
