Obituary: Mary H. Holland, St. John the Evangelist Church Member

Mary H. (Ginwicz) Holland, 97, formerly of Wellesley, died Nov. 8, 2013 at Kathleen Daniel Healthcare Center, Framingham. 

Born in Boston, she was daughter of the late John and Domicile"Delia" (Budrevicuite) Ginwicz and the wife of the late Austin J. Holland, who died in 1985. 

Mrs. Holland was employed as an administrative assistant for Babson United Investment Advisors of Watertown, formerly of Wellesley. She had been a longtime, active member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Wellesley, where she was a member of the choir, and was an accomplished seamstress and milliner. 

She is survived by her son, David M. Holland and his wife Jann of Sturbridge, MA and her daughter Monica Chase and her husband Russell of Marlborough, her grandchildren, Kristina Conner, Stacey Varney, Erin Carven, Lisa O'Sullivan, Zachary Chase and Sarah and Gunnar Wickland and her great grandchildren, Brendan and Andrew Conner, Austin, Madison and Cameron Varney, Harrison and Jack Carven, Riley, Shay and Reese O'Sullivan, Sidney and Jordan Wicklund and Molly and Conner Wicklund She was also the mother of the late Cordelia Wicklund. 

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, Nov. 15, at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, Washington Street at Glen Road, Wellesley. Burial will follow at Holyhood Cemetery, 587 Heath St., Brookline, MA 02445. Visiting hours will be held from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist.
