Description: Responsibilities will include the management of operations in the Boston office, ensuring that all of our online products, services, and web storefronts operate properly and without downtime. Other ongoing responsibilities will include monitoring the quality level of all of our products and services, and maintaining our high quality standards with our customers. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of subordinates, including our Customer Service Manager, and interfacing with our suppliers to ensure that the quality of their products are meeting or exceeding specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for day-to-day scheduling, prioritization of workloads, dealing with service escalations, and interfacing with manufacturers for technical support.

Description: The conservation consultant is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to increase contract persistency, improve customer loyalty and enhance company profitability. Strategies will include both proactive and reactive initiatives to the conserve assets, and increase retention. As a member of a team, this position will support and coordinate all related conservation referrals and requests from other areas of the organization. The consultant will use their knowledge of the annuity marketplace, our product features and benefits and current product offerings to provide education and advice, where appropriate, to customers and brokers in an effort to retain and conserve assets with Delaware Life. This individual will work closely with product management, sales distribution, legal/compliance and operations to ensure that conservation efforts are appropriate and aligned with the overall company strategy.
Qualifications:
State Insurance License, and Series 6/7, 63 Securities license required or ability to obtain required licenses within three months of hire.
Strong knowledge of Annuity Products, (Fixed, Fixed Index, and Variable)
Prior Customer Service or Sales experience required.
Requires strong organizational skills. Candidate must be detail orientated.
Prior financial service conservation experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Background in Operations/Financial Services experience required.
Good organizational, interpersonal and project planning skills required
BA/BS degree or 5-7 years of equivalent experience required.

Description: The F-Squared sales consultant’s primary responsibility is to initiate outbound communications (phone calls and emails) to financial advisors and other intermediaries to develop and maintain relationships and provide information about F-Squared products and capabilities at national as well as regional broker dealers.
