He stopped the vehicle and spoke with the operator and passenger in the vehicle and asked for their identification. A query of the passenger’s information, 40-year-old Kenny McDonald of Saugus, showed an active warrant issued by the Lynn District Court for motor vehicle related charges. He was taken into custody, transported to the station, booked in the usual manner, afforded all rights and later released on $300 bail.
