With just two weeks left until Christmas, Bay Staters are likely looking for holiday shopping bargains. Some bittersweet deals are coming out of Wellesley and Brookline as the Gap stores in both towns prepare to close with blowout sales.
Gap said the closures are part of a "strategy to adapt to the changing needs of our customer and growth of our online business." The Wellesley location is set to close at the end of January.
