Wellesley Crash On Grove Street With Entrapment: Police
Wellesley police said the fire and police departments were on scene and the crash was cleared around 11 a.m.
WELLESLEY, MA — Grove Street in Wellesley was closed Saturday morning as Wellesley police and fire worked to remove a person entrapped in a vehicle following a crash.
It was the second crash of the morning involving entrapment in the town after Route 9 West was closed earlier.
Wellesley police said the second crash happened shortly after 10 a.m. in the 200 block of Grove Street.

Detours were in place were in place for about an hour until police said the crash was cleared around 11 a.m.

Earlier in the day, Route 9 West was closed and detoured at Weston Street because of a crash involving entrapment near 889 Worcester Street.
