Wellesley Food Pantry Plans Scouting for Food

The food pantry holds its largest food collection of the year in November and needs your help.

The Wellesley Food Pantry is having its largest food collection event of the year coming up on Saturday, Nov. 8. Called “Scouting for Food,” it’s the largest drive for many pantries across the country.

“We are in need of your assistance for both donations and as volunteers,” said the food pantry organizers.

Boy and Girl Scouts deliver bags and instructions to all Wellesley residences on Nov. 1, and then return the following Saturday to collect items to be transported to the food pantry.
