Wellesley, Newton Doctors Honored For Saving Lives
Doctors EJ Caterson and Eric Goralnick were named Boston Celtics Heroes Among Us for their life-saving work.
BOSTON, MA — Two local doctors were honored during Sunday's Celtics game.
Dr. EJ Caterson of Wellesley and Dr. Eric Goralnick of Newton were named Boston Celtics Heroes Among Us for their life saving work. The two, under the guidance and support of the Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Center for Trauma and Innovation, have trained over 1,500 people to safely apply tourniquets during the most difficult situations.
The two received the honor for their commitment to teaching life-saving techniques.
