Wellesley PD Investigate Stolen Cars, Break-Ins
Two cars were stolen and several others were broken into.
WELLESLEY, MA — Wellesley police are investigating a string of car break-ins that happened on Thursday morning. Two cars that were reported stolen were tracked down by police.
The break-ins happened early Thursday morning when police said unlocked cars were targeted and items were stolen out of them. The two cars that were stolen had the keys inside them. Police warned that the following streets were targeted:
- Bristol
- Hampshire
- Highgate
- Earle
- Brookfield Circle
- Royalston, Pilgrim
- Mountview
"Please remember to lock your car doors and remove your keys, computers, and purses/wallets from your vehicles," police said.
