Licensed to Stop
While on patrol at about 3:30 a.m. on May 7, police noticed a vehicle which reportedly failed to stop at the Wellesley Avenue intersection with Brookside Road. Officer Dennehy pulled the driver over and requested the license and registration. The driver gave him a foreign license.

A query determined that the driver's right to drive in Mass. had been revoked. This information was listed under a number assigned on a previous instance where the driver had been pulled over. The driver, identified as Victor Achar-Romano, 23 of Cambridge was arrested and charged with failing to stop at a stop light or sign, and driving on a revoked license.
He was transported to court in the morning.

Spot Check
May 8, 7:30 p.m., Officer Dixon was performing traffic enforcement near St. James Church. He queried a passing Audi Sedan, and learned that the registered owner had a revoked license. They spoke with the driver, who said they did not have a license on them.
Allston resident Brahmananda Lash, 30, was arrested and charged on an outstanding warrant out of Westboro District Court, and for driving on a suspended license, and made bail of $145.
No Turn
A Dodge Truck passing the Gulf station on Worcester Street at about 12:30 p.m. on May 10 was reportedly seen making an illegal U-Turn. Officer Goyer pulled the vehicle over and requested the driver's license and registration. He could not find the registration, but it was in his name.
Police determined that the driver, Jason Walkley, 26, of Billerica had two outstanding warrants out of Lowell District Court for drug- and motor vehicle-related incidents. Police arrested and charged him on those warrants, and transported him to Dedham District Court in the morning.
