Domestic Altercation
Police received a report of a domestic altercation, a man and woman came into the station to report the March 9 incident. Officer Kane spoke to them on March 16, and went to the residence on Berkeley Road.

Based on the report and the conversation, police arrested and charged a man, who lived on Berkeley Road, on two counts of assault-and-battery with a dangerous weapon and one count of simple assault.

9:30 p.m. on March 15, police were dispatched to Webb Avenue where a caller reported a white man in a black hoodie sitting on the front steps. The caller said, when she asked what he was doing, he got up and walked into the woods.
Officer Dixon arrived on the scene, and learned that another Webb Avenue resident had seen a man matching that description in her house, in the kitchen. Officers caught up with the man, 31-year-old Michael McLaughlin of Weymouth, and arrested and charged him with breaking-and-entering at night with the intent of commiting a felony.
While processing him on the scene, they found drugs which they believed to be methamphetamines, and additionally charged him possession of a class B drug. He also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Framingham courty for malicious ddamage to property over $250.
