Outstanding Warrant
March 12, at about 6:15 p.m., Officers Lindelof and Porier were conducting selective enforcement near the Wellesley Fire Department. While watching traffic on Route 9, they saw a red Dodge. They checked the license plate and determined the registered owner had a default warrant.

After pulling it over, the vehicle stopped at Westminster. The driver handed over his license, and was identified as the owner, 35-year-old Michael Digiandomenico of Westwood. He had an outstanding default warrant for motor vehicle-related charges from Dedham District Court.
He was transported to the station, booked, and later bailed.

Shoplifting Warrant
Officer Lemanager, March 14 at about 11:45 a.m. responded to Mass Bay Community College to help campus police there. They had detained a man on an outstanding warrant.
A 20-year-old Lowell man was arrested on an outstanding shoplifting warrant. He was booked and transported to Dedham District Court. [Note: The charges were later dismissed in court.]
Wear a Seatbelt
March 14, at about 5:15 p.m. Officer Derby was on Washington Street, near Micah Lane and reported seeing a black Honda with its muffler hanging off, and apparently defective. He pulled the vehicle over at Crest Road.
When he spoke to the operator, he noticed a second man sitting in the passenger seat without his seatbelt on. He asked that passenger for his ID, and he provided a Brazilian passport. The man, identified as Framingham man Mauro Desouza, had an outstanding warrant from Westboro District Court for some motor vehicle charges. He was brought into the station, booked, and released on personal recognizanze.
