Wellesley Square To Host July Jubilation Saturday

WELLESLEY, MA — It's July and that means it's just about time for the Wellesley Square Merchants Association's July Jubilation.

The annual event in Wellesley Square means plenty of sales from merchants, live entertainment, and more. Here's what you need to know about the annual event:

Road Closures

No vehicles will be allowed to drive through Wellesley Square between Abbott Street and Weston Road from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Music provided by the event DJ
• 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - B/Spoke Free Cycling Demo
• 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Wellesley Symphony
• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Bounce Houses
• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Wellesley Bank Face Painting
• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Smokey The Bear & The Smokehouse
• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Stray Pets in Need
• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Open Police Cruiser
• 11 to 11:15 a.m. - Wellesley Theatre Project - Various Numbers Performed from “James and the Giant Peach”
• 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Dunk Tank, Petting Zoo, Stilt Walker
• 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Bubble Zone Science of Bubbles
• 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. - The Collective Jazz Band (Church Street)
• 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Tim Brown – Magic & Balloon Tricks at Wellesley Toy Shop Noon to 2 p.m. - Juggler & Unicyclist
• 12:30 to 1 p.m. - Boston Red Sox Official Magician
• 1 to 1:30 p.m. - Performance and Meet & Greet with Elsa from Enchanted Princess Parties
• 1:30 to 1:45 p.m. - Wellesley Theatre Project - Various Numbers Performed from “James and the Giant Peach”
• 2 to 2:30 p.m. - Performance and Meet & Greet with Elsa from Enchanted Princess Parties

• Kidville Rockin’ Railroad Open House (RSVP Only) - 9:15 to 10 a..m
• Glitter Tattoos - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Kidville Rockin’ Railroad Main Concert - 11:30 a.m. to noon
• Open playspace (Newborn to 6 years old only) - 10:15 to 11:15 a.m., noon to 1 p.m., and 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
