A Wellesley woman who volunteered at a Bolton farm has died after being rammed by a sheep on Saturday, multiple media outlets report.
BOLTON, MA — A Wellesley woman who volunteered at a Bolton farm has died after being rammed by a sheep, multiple media outlets report.
Kim Taylor, 73, was seriously injured after a sheep charged her and repeatedly rammed her Saturday morning at Cultivate Care Farms, according to Boston.com. Taylor was taken to Marlborough Hospital after she went into cardiac arrest and was later pronounced dead, Boston.com reports.
Cultivate Care Farms describes itself as "the premier Farm-Based Therapy outpatient program in the country" and offers "counseling, therapeutic groups, community outreach, and wellness offerings to Bolton, MA and beyond."

Bolton police said all animals at the farm are comfort animals, according to WCVB. Taylor was a longtime volunteer at the farm, the news station reports.
Bolton Animal Control is working with the farm staff to decide what will happen with the sheep, WCVB said.
