It may be 60 degrees, but the annual winter parking ban is in effect in Westborough.
WESTBOROUGH, MA—The winter parking ban is now in effect in Westborough, starting on Nov. 1.
The ban is in effect through March 31, during which no vehicle can park on any town street for more than one hour.
