"Mayfest celebrates the arrival of spring, nature’s bright reawakening after winter’s cold and darkness. Mayfest has its roots in one of mankind’s oldest traditions - the celebration of rebirth and renewal that comes with the season. This ancient festival evolved to become a colorful, joyous part of history and culture, with distinctive traditions like here in Westborough, greeting the warmer weather with a Fun Run through town," the club says of the event.
