NH Police 'Expect' to Recover Body

Original story: New Hampshire on Friday night locked down Peirce Island in Portsmouth, NH; officials converged on the area in connection with the disappearance of Westborough High grad Elizabeth “Lizzi” Marriott.

Police were not letting anyone near the bridge that leads to Peirce Island and nearby Prescott Park was cordoned off with yellow police tape, Fosters Daily Democrat reported.

The UNH student was last seen on Tuesday.

"A recovery effort is underway in the area of Peirce Island, and police expect to find a body," WMUR NH reported.
