Special Town Meeting Vote On Property Funding, Affordable Housing

WESTBOROUGH, MA—Selectmen called a Special Town Meeting to vote on four articles on Monday, Nov. 27, at 7 p.m. at the Westborough High School Auditorium.

Town meeting members will vote on:

Article 1 proposes a tax incentive finance agreement with a company doing business at 9 Technology Drive.

Article 2 proposes an amendment to the Affordable Housing Requirement in the Senior Living Overlay District.

Article 3 requests a modification to an article voted up at the March Annual Town Meeting to allow monies for the purchase of modular classrooms at the Armstrong School to also allow the funding to be used for design, bidding, and construction of an addition to the Armstrong School.

Article 4 requests funding for a property appraisal of 231 Turnpike Road.
