The gift shop features American-made art, gifts, jewelry &amp; home décor, while the studio offers art classes and workshops for kids and adults. From ladies’ night out and date night events to after-school workshops and summer camp for kids and teens, there is something for everyone! We offer glass beadmaking (flameworking) and metalwork/jewelry classes to teens and adults. For ages 7 and up, we offer summer and school vacation art camps. We also host unique birthday party "experiences" for ages 7 to 70, as well as corporate team-building and fundraising events. WESTBOROUGH, MA — A large Route 9 office development in Westborough sold late in 2022 for nearly $20 million, according to local commercial broker Kelleher &amp; Sadowsky.The Westborough Executive Park, which includes three buildings between Route 30 and Lyman Street, was purchased for $19.9 million by Boston-based Turnpike Road Holdings LLC.The company was purchased through the LLC by a New York family that wished to remain anonymous, according to <a href="https://kelleher-sadowsky.com/2023/01/03/ny-investor-buys-westborough-executive-park-for-19-9m/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">the Worcester Business Journal</a>.The office park includes a number of existing tenants including law offices, real estate offices and medical companies.The office park is one of several along Route 9 in Westborough up for sale, including 287 Turnpike Road assessed at $4.3 million; 80 Turnpike Road assessed at $1.5 million; and 181 Milk St., a 10-acre lot just off Route 9, according to LoopNet.
