Westborough, One of the 'Hottest' Towns in Real Estate

According to McGeough and Lamacchia, realtors who used the latest data available from the Warren Group, Westborough is among the 25 towns with the biggest jump in home sales for 2014’s second quarter, according to a recent report by Fox News Boston.

Oxford ranked at the top of the list, with Chelsea close behind.

With a median price of $437,000, and 84 homes sold during this quarter, it marked a 45 percent increase over this same period last year, making Westborough number nine in the list.
